Article 43

Faculty Duties and Functions

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 43, the Faculty performs the following functions:

A

Implementation and development of education in the Faculty.

B

Implementation of research for the development of science and/or technology in the Faculty.

C

Implementation of community service according to the scientific field in the Faculty.

D

Implementation of academic community and educational staff development within the Faculty.

E

Implementation of various Faculty administration affairs to support operations.

Article 50

Department Duties and Functions

The Department as referred to in Article 49 has the task of implementing academic, vocational, and/or professional education in 1 (one) or several branches of science and/or technology, as well as managing resources to support the study programs.
