Permission Letter Application Flow

Step-by-step guide for applying for Permission Letters (Leave of Absence, Industrial Practice, Observation, Research, Internship, Instrument Testing, & Survey).

Step 01

Application on UNY E-Service Portal

Students submit Permission Letter applications online through the official portal at eservice.uny.ac.id. You can directly select the required permission letter type below:

Step 02

Complete Application Form & Submit

Fill in all required data fields completely (such as Reason for Permission, Address, Phone, and Email). Make sure the address is written clearly, then click the Submit button.

Step 03

Confirm to Service Admin via WhatsApp

After successfully submitting your permission letter application, immediately confirm with the service officer of the Faculty of Vocational Studies UNY via WhatsApp at 082320856397.

Application Completed!

All application steps have been completed. Your Permission Letter is being or has been processed by the student services team of the Faculty of Vocational Studies UNY.
