Theoretical Clearance Application Flow

Step-by-step guide for applying for a Theoretical Clearance Certificate for final-year students.

Step 01

Submit Theoretical Clearance Application Form

Students fill out the theoretical clearance application form online through the official portal at eservice.uny.ac.id and attach the required Final Project (TA) and Academic Transcript (DHS) documents.

Step 02

Obtain Approval from Academic Advisor & Final Project Advisor

Students request approval for the theoretical clearance form, academic transcript (DHS), and supporting final project documents from their Academic Advisor (PA) and Final Project Advisor.

Step 03

Submit the Approved Application Form

Submit the theoretical clearance application form and academic transcript approved by the Academic Advisor and Final Project Advisor to the Academic Services Counter / Admin for letter issuance processing.

Step 04

Receive Theoretical Clearance Soft File via WhatsApp

After being processed by the staff, the soft file of the Theoretical Clearance Certificate will be sent to the student via the Academic WhatsApp service at 082320856397.

Application Completed!

All steps for applying for the Theoretical Clearance Certificate have been completed and archived by the academic services team of the Faculty of Vocational Studies UNY.
