Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Number 14 of 2017, the Public Satisfaction Survey aims to measure the level of public satisfaction as service users while encouraging public service providers to continuously improve quality, innovation, and public participation in service performance assessment.
